I pulled up your opinion of the value of my house at 2646 Edgewood Rd and was somewhat surprised at the value you posted, $269,000. I was not under the impression that homes in my area had ... read more depreciated more than the National average. If I understand it that average is somewhere around 17.9 %? Less than 18 months ago I had an appraisal done for a equity loan to buy my wife a car rather than finance it so that I could write off the interest. They just drove up the drive way and left and sent me a letter saying it was valued somewhere between $400,000 and $450,000. Since then I have built a carport, added a brick fence with iron gates, spent over $15,000 in landscaping. I disagree w/ your value.read less
