The real estate market in Darby is frustrating to say the least.
There are many properties and prices that are still on the market unchanged since '05.

One is that Montana is a

non-disclosure state where realtors decline to disclose sales prices. This makes finding comparables impossible.
The other is to update a listing and call it new. This also gives a false market value to asking prices.
Buyer beware! Ask for a listing history and look at sold comps. only!read less
