DO NOT USE! This company doesn't care ********* tenants only the money you give them each month. The have horrible communication. They take a long time to fix problems. Paying your rent on time ... read more every month and being a long time lessor does not matter to this company. After three months of trying to contact and getting very little response they would not help resolve a problem that we were having. I had to take care of it myself and it cost us $500 for multiple problems on the rental property.read less
