Target is also offering a $10 gift card for every $100 spent from 5 a.m. to noon on Black Friday, so there may be some early morning insanity as that's 10 percent cash back. Other deals include a Garmin GPS for under $100, a $69 1 TerraByte External Hard Drive and some flat-screens for under $450.
