I Want This House! $1.4M in Studio City

A recent interview with a Studio City resident got me curious about the homes in this area and this 4-bedroom, 4-bath gem popped right up. The views from the living room (left) are incredible, but most of the rooms in this house have great views. To wake to this view and be in such a pleasant Los Angeles community could make this house a very nice home.
At more than 4,000-square-feet, this home boasts something others high up in the in the hills can't -- unobstructed views of the valley from most rooms. This four bedroom, four bath, three-floor home was built to maximize those stunning views.

The spacious, step-down living room has high ceilings, a corner fireplace and wall of windows. The formal dining room has hardwood floors as does the chef's kitchen which features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Thermador range and granite countertops. Perfect for dinners with friends, the family room has a wet bar and French doors that lead out to the patio. And don't think its just the common areas that have been thought out, the master suite has two walk-in closets, and French doors that lead to a balcony on the second floor.

One of the bedrooms has been converted into an office, which means when you want a break from work you can head out of the French doors in that room (see a pattern?) and enjoy the deck. Or you could enjoy the hot tub... Or the limestone shower in the master bath... Or you could turn on some tunes in the house as it has built-in surround throughout.

Located close to Coldwater Canyon, this home would allow for nice walks around the neighborhood and of course you are close to all the shops and restaurants on Ventura.
