Sweet L.A. Rental: Remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath in Echo Park for $1,195

The price astounded me. I had to do a double take to ensure it wasn't some misprint of either the size of the place or the price. It wasn't. Indeed this recently remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in Echo Park is available for $1,195. It's even got marble counter tops. Sweet, right?
Lots of people I know live in Echo Park but I've never been in a remodeled apartment like this spacious two-bedroom, two-bath one. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been recently remodeled so this 1920's Deco duplex has the exterior look of the past, but inside it's got modern features and remodeling. The rest of the apartment has been remodeled as well, so from the paint to the new, mirrored closets to the carpets, this updated, move-in ready apartment comes at a great price.

The apartment has secured entry and it's walking distance to markets and shopping, so residents don't have to jump in their car to run errands (though most probably do anyway!).

As Echo Park is close to downtown L.A., Silver Lake and Hollywood, it only takes minutes to get to other cool parts of L.A. And whoever grabs this Sweet Rental will be close to one of the best margaritas in town.
