Sweet New York Rental: Upper East Side 2 Bedroom for $2,300

Manhattan's Upper East Side is filled with high rises, brownstones and everything in between, so you have variety on your side looking for an apartment up here. This rental apartment is located in the low 80's in a renovated walk-up. If you are looking to be uptown (and don't mind walk ups) this spacious apartment could be a good bet for you. Plus, did you see the price?
A true two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on the Upper East Side for $2,300 is a pretty great deal. This place has price, location and charm on its side. Exposed brick walls, hardwood floors and closets, which is a big deal because some New York apartments don't even have them. This New York rental has everything you need in an apartment that, let's face it, you probably won't be inside very much. But, with this place you might want to stay in some nights and enjoy the charm of your pad.

It has a full-size renovated kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher (which isn't always a given). The one other obvious drawback could be the tile in the kitchen if you aren't into that sort of thing. The bathroom features marble tile and the entire apartment has high ceilings so the details and charm are throughout. Big windows allow light so if you're interested move quickly because this apartment is available immediately.

It's near subways too, so you won't have a long walk on those snowy or rainy or super-hot days. I suppose the other obvious drawback could be the Upper East Side, which can be a touch out of the way and a little bland, but the price is right.
