Singer Josh Groban Asking $6.1 Million for Malibu Villa

With all the earthquakes occurring all over the world lately, he probably wants to get out of Cali before it drops into the ocean.

People can live where they like. Josh is from New York and attended Mellon University School of Music of which he holds a degree. This make sense.

I could see myself living there.....

So let me get this straight. He buys a house four years ago in Cali for 4 million and now he thinks it is worth 2 million more. How does that happen? I think he will be lucky just to get what he paid four years ago. Just because his DNA is left behind does not get him an additional 2 million I say.

So he bought at the height of the market in 2005 for $4.1 million and now that the California real estate market has tanked he wants to sell it for $6.1 Million? He should stick to singing. Obviously he does not understand economics. This will be a headline next year when he "reduces" it to $3 million.
