Rush Limbaugh Sells His New York City Condo for $11.5 Million

He said on the air last year that he planned to "get out of New York totally," after New York State announced that it was introducing a temporary income tax surcharge. Now radio star Rush Limbaugh has made good on his promise, at least from a real estate perspective. He has offloaded his 10-room penthouse condominium on Manhattan's Fifth Avenue for around $11.5 million, after first listing it in February for $13.95 million. The lavishly decorated apartment has a 30-foot-wide living room with four terraces overlooking Central Park. Ain't life grand?
