Singer Katy Perry might not have been able to catch up with "Sesame Street's" Elmo, but she and fiancé Russell Brand caught a deal on a Tribeca penthouse. The two-bedroom, two-bath loft at 65 North Moore St. sold for about $200,000 off the $2.9 million list price and is in a building that doesn't have a doorman, reports the New York Post. But the Manhattan dwelling does have a key-locked elevator, according to the listing details at the Corcoran Group.
Perry opened the new season of "Saturday Night Live" this past weekend as its musical guest.
