She may be a former president's daughter, but Jenna Bush makes tough real estate moves, just like us. Jenna, a daughter of George W. Bush, and her husband, Henry Hager (pictured left), have vacated their distinctly un-presidential South Baltimore, Md., townhouse, which just came on the market at $474,900. Some have theorized that the couple decided to move after their Trek mountain bikes were stolen from the couple's garage this June, though no one close to the couple would comment.
The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom end unit has a private garage, a two-level rooftop terrace, "luxurious sea grass carpeting," and "security features," according to the listing with Marcus-Boyd Realty. The master suite bathroom is done in white marble with a spa tub.
Built in the 1880s, the townhouse also has 11-foot ceilings on the main floor and a gas fireplace. The home was formerly a storefront.
Jenna Bush and Hager wed in May 2008 and paid $440,000 for the townhouse. Near Federal Hill, an area similar to Washington, D.C.'s Georgetown, the residence is near plenty of restaurants and shops.
