Ryan Phillippe Lists L.A. Home for $7.45M

Within days of his ex-wife Reese Witherspoon exiting their marital home for a new residence, actor Ryan Phillippe put his bachelor pad above Los Angeles's Sunset Strip (pictures below) on the market for $7.45 million.

Whether or not the MacGruber co-star will be moving back into home he shared with the Legally Blonde star and his two daughters before the couple's 2007 divorce, or moving near the neighborhood of Witherspoon's new Brentwood home is yet to be seen.

Phillippe bought his 5-bedroom, 6.5-bath house on May 30, 2008, for $7.175 million, according to Realestalker, and moved in his then-girlfriend, actress Abbie Cornish. But in May of this year "Abbie ended the relationship with Ryan and she moved out of their home," her rep told People.

Perhaps the change is so he can be closer to his new love, Amanda Seyfried, speculates Shelterpop.

Either way, Phillippe is on the move from this 7,447-square-foot home that was built in 1998 by producer Sylvio Tabet; it is listed by Penny Warren of Coldwell Banker.

The two-owner home has a separate private master suite with its own balcony and maple floors. There is a two-story gym off the master, as well as an office, a media room, and a step-down bar with an aquarium backdrop. In addition there's an art studio and a music room that could be used as an office or staff quarters, and there are lots of sky lights draped with window treatments. Outdoor spaces include an outdoor kitchen, a sauna, canopied firepit, 60-foot swimmer's pool, an outdoor shower, a spa and walls of flowing water. There is an automatic gate leading to the property, and there's a media room, a jacuzzi and a bar.
