Sandra Bullock has sold the love nest she shared with her ex-husband
Jesse James for $4.5 million. The home, situated in
Sunset Beach, Calif., was first listed in April for $5,995,000 back in April. The sale caps a tumultuous year for the box-office star. While she won her first Oscar for
The Blind Side, she also found out that James had cheated on her throughout their marriage. Newly single, she adopted a baby in New Orleans, who she named Louis Bardo Bullock. Her life more settled, she now lives in Austin, Tex. She apparently is also set to go back to work. Us Magazine recently reported that Bullock, 46, will co-star with
George Clooney in
Gravity, as a female astronaut attempting to get back to earth after an asteroid damages the space station she inhabits. Check out photos of the house on the jump.
