Yes the Versailles you're thinking of is a chateau in France. This $30 million castle for sale sits in Versailles, Ky. (pronounced ver-SALE), horse country outside of Lexington. Or "Arab-bluegrass country" as one Realtor called it.
Saudi sheiks have bought nearly 5,000 acres of thoroughbred horse farms in the area and listing Realtor Charles Martin wouldn't be surprised if they'll nab this one, too.
Only one problem: It doesn't have a horse facility.

The castle 50-room castle has 16 guest rooms and a huge stone wall surrounding it, but alas, no moat. The four turrets that are part of the stone wall rent for $755 a night each.
