Rent Oprah's Greenwich Mansion for $24.5K a Month

Oprah Winfrey rents houseIt makes perfect sense that the queen of daytime television, Oprah Winfrey, moonlights as a billionaire landlord.

For $24,500 a month, you can live in this 10,000-square-foot, six-bedroom Georgian-style mansion owned by Oprah's company, Overground Railroad LLC. According to our sister site, Shelterpop, the mansion is the former residence of Oprah's close friend Gayle King.

In real terms, Oprah's asking price is just under half the median household income in the United States ($49,777 by 2009 Census estimates). But if you have to ask, you're probably not the type of tenant Oprah's looking for.

Features detailed in the listing include vaulted ceilings, a custom pool, five fireplaces and of course, a high-tech security system. See photos of the estate after the jump.
