Seller financing can be a great way to get a house sold without slashing the price. By recognizing the millions of people who can't get traditional financing as potential buyers, resourceful property sellers (and their real estate agents) can minimize their time investment in getting a property sold. Even better, sellers who offer financing can usually get a higher asking price for their property, even in the slowest markets. Clearly this is a win-win situation.

I find it amusing that some people are literally terrified of Glenn Beck. Frankly a $4 million 'mansion' doesn't get you much on the east or west coast. More like a nice home. I saw Steven Speilburgs boat in the Caribbean cost $220 million. Oprah's mansion in California cost $50 million. The single most expensive home in the state;) and you know what? More power to all of them. They EARNED the money. No one gave it to any of them. That's o.k. with me. This is America.

WOW-the liberals are obviously very threatened and nervous by Glenn Beck. All they do is attack him--wonder why? What ever happened to wishing someone well? The very fact that you personally attack him says a lot as to just how much he worries you.

We are just afraid that anyone can take Glen Beck seriously; his accusations are baseless , stupid, fact less, and racist. Yet conservatives conservatives follow him like sheep.
