After purchasing celebrity hairstylist Hershberger's pre-war penthouse, the former "Friends" star decided to buy the $1.8 million one-bedroom directly below it. See the photos below. If it feels like we've been down this road before, we have, but this time we must agree with the Daily News's report that actress Jennifer Aniston is ready to commit...to a West Village penthouse. Rumors have been swirling for weeks that Aniston is the buyer of celebrity hairstylist Sally Hershberger's terrace-tastic pre-war pad atop 299 West 12th Street (above) in the West Village. But that didn't seem to make total sense because Hershberger's place, asking $5.9 million, has just one bedroom, and surely a megaceleb needs at least that much space just for her shoes. Ah, but there's a plot twist!
