building best-known for its most famous resident, the late John Lennon. Madden, 75, who retired as an television

The 2-bedroom home is a maisonette of around 2,000 square feet that has a private entrance off the interior courtyard of the Dakota, which is located at 72nd Street and Central Park West. Other features include two fireplaces, original moldings, high ceilings and wood paneling.
Madden still appears on a daily radio broadcast in San Francisco and on Sirius satellite radio during the football season.
