There's an adult toybox posing as a house for sale in the Los Angeles County town of La Habra Heights. It has its own casino with restored slot machines plus a swimming pool with rings of fire and an underwater observation lounge. Originally listed last year at $21 million, the price is now a mere $7.8 million. We can only speculate that the Blue Man Group wasn't available to perform here, hence the price slash.
The main house has 9,000 square feet and sits on 1.5 acres. The grounds are filled with palm trees and there is an eight-seat outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning pizza oven.
The cove-like pool is absolutely the star attraction here with its waterfall grotto, the aforementioned rings of fire and a six-seat swim-up bar. Moving indoors, there is a kitchen we'd kill to have, and hope that the red throne in the wine cellar is included in the asking price.
Sean Stanfield of First Team Real Estate is the listing agent.
