Comic Sherri Shepherd of "The View" has sold the Sherman Oaks home that she lived in with her ex-husband for $455,000. It had been listed at $535,000.
Before becoming a fixture on "The View," Shepherd was best-known for her role as Ramona on ABC's "Less Than Perfect" (2002). She still performs stand-up regularly.The 1,600-square-foot, San Fernando Valley house that she sold has three bedrooms. Billed as a "starter" home, it has hardwood floors, a pool and was newly painted.
Shepherd remarried last month, to TV writer Lamar Sally.
Carlos Castro of Silver Creek Realty had the listing. The buyer was represented by Diane McClure of Coldwell Banker, Studio City.
