There's nothing like a little star power to hike up the value of a rental, and this one has -- a lot.
While this newly-listed, three-bedroom townhouse in New York city's SoHo neighborhood has luxury amenities to boot, it's most famous for being the shooting location for Beyonce's music video "Halo." (Who could forget the soaring ceilings and that cavernous, sun-drenched living room where Beyonce and her blue-eyed lover famously canoodled?) Additionally, we're told it's the home of a "noted horror movie director." (See if you can spot the hint as to whom in the gallery below.)
With such A-list associations, it comes as no surprise that the five-story townhouse is renting for a cool $100,000 a month (or $50,000 a week, whatever works best for you). For this much, you'll get access to your own private indoor swimming pool, a 925-square-foot outdoor terrace, a grand library and a massive, exposed-brick living area boasting a motorized movie screen. Best of all? Heavenly, 20-foot ceilings and a scenic view over trendy SoHo.
The townhouse is also smack in the bustling heart of SoHo, next to the beloved Italian gem Osteria Morini and in walking distance to La Esquina and Prosperity Dumplings, some of New York City's best cheap eats (although renting a townhouse at this price, we're guessing money is probably not an issue).
