Michael J. Fox didn't have to travel back in time to buy this farm in South Woodstock, Vt., built in 1817. But he did own it briefly starting in the late 1980s. Now, it can be yours for $2.75 million.
The Lottery Hill Farm spans 121 acres and features a six-bedroom brick Federal Style main house and a newer three-bedroom Cape-style guesthouse, which was added by Fox. The farm also includes a large barn complete with a one-bedroom apartment, numerous outbuildings, a riding ring and an in-ground pool.
The main house features period craftsmanship and has been impeccably maintained over the years. It also includes four en suite baths. According to the listing, the house also boasts a chef's kitchen with a well-planned workspace.
Rick Higgerson of Lang McLaughry Spera has the listing.
