Lauren Conrad may have become famous on "The Hills" as a wealthy teen from Laguna Beach, but she's more than moved on. Conrad (right) now has her hands full with a number of endeavors, ranging from a successful clothing line, a beauty website, a series of novels and a new artisan online shop. It would only make sense that Conrad would dump her last remaining ties to her "Hills" life by selling her Laguna Beach home.
The 28-year-old bought the home (pictured above) back in 2009 for $2 million, and is now hoping for a bit of a profit on the sale, having listed it for $2.795 million. Described as one of the "best locations in Lower Three Arch Bay" the house at 5 La Senda Place is just a staircase away from the beach. Situated on a private cul-de-sac, Conrad's home was built in 1966, and has 2,280 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The residence has been updated with new finishes, including the great room and gourmet kitchen.
Conrad bought a new home in Brentwood last year, as well as a penthouse in Beverly Hills. The Brentwood residence -- significantly bigger than her place in Laguna Beach -- was redesigned by celeb flipper Jeff Lewis, and offers 4,303 square feet with six beds and five baths. Conrad was engaged in November 2013, and it's likely the bigger spread in Brentwood that she and fiance William Tell call home.
The listing is held by Cary Glenn of Main Beach Realty.
