Newlywed Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, who traded up to Khloe Kardashian's custom-redesigned mansion earlier this month, is selling the Sherman Oaks, Calif., home she bought in 2010. It is on the market at an asking price of $2.795 million. Cuoco-Sweeting is the star of TV's "Big Bang Theory." She met tennis pro Ryan Sweeting on a blind date, according to US Magazine, and got married two months ago.
The couple scooped up the Kardashian estate from the spoils of Khloe's ill-fated relationship with Lamar Odom. Reportedly, the couple and their dogs are enjoying the custom-stone finishes, huge pool and spa-like master suite in their new home. Cuoco-Sweeting posted recently to Instagram: "Feel like I'm at a friggin resort."
The home she is selling at 14717 Sutton St. in Sherman Oaks is similarly lavish, and fit for a Hollywood starlet. She bought it in 2010, and it includes a gourmet kitchen with gold-painted cabinets and stainless appliances, a pool and outdoor living room and kitchen, and a master bathroom with a professional shampoo bowl and two private balconies.
