Famously private actress Jodie Foster has relisted her Hollywood Hills home for $5.75 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. Foster listed the 6,000-square-foot Spanish-style home at 9219 Flicker Way in Los Angeles last year. But it did not sell -- even after she cut the price from $6.399 million to $5.995 million.
The five-bedroom, six-bath residence is intensely private with a rear entrance and a courtyard and pool surrounded by hedges. Inside, it has dark-beamed ceilings, an eat-in kitchen with butcher-block counters, bay windows and balconies. Foster, a two-time Oscar winner, has a home in Beverly Hills that is believed to be her primary residence.
The listing is held by David Kramer and Jeffrey Hyland of Hilton & Hyland.
