Anne Hathaway's Brooklyn condo has 11-foot loft ceilings, views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan skyline, and a newly renovated home office. But Hathaway reportedly used the 2,592-square-foot apartment literally as a closet to store her clothes while she and her husband, Adam Shulman, lived in another unit in the building.

When Hathaway listed the condo last fall, for $4.5 million, it looked kind of like a huge closet: empty rooms with beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, and great views. It didn't sell.

As reported by Curbed, Hathaway is again searching for a buyer, and has redone the space at 1 Main Street #9B and staged it, with furniture. She has dropped the price, too, asking $4.25 million.
Her listing stresses that the unit has walk-in closets, even though if the reports are true, it actually was her walk-in closet.

The loft is part of a 1988 condo-conversion of the DUMBO neighborhood's historic Clock Tower building. Hathaway bought her loft on the 9th floor in January 2013 for $4.1 million.

SHE'S an actress. A mediocre one i say. She's easy on the eyes, but so are many women. She certainly isn't worth more than Romney from her career in cinema !

Wow! The total original cost to build that place back in the day had to be under $5,000. Over 4,000,000 now huh? Crazy.

Please, move that piano away from that outside wall with a ..... Radiator, no less !!!! Whatever was the stager thinking?!?. I guess with her kind of income, replacing a damaged studio piano often isn't a big deal, but what a waste! Studio and upright pianos belong on an inside wall that is protected from dampness. Using a radiator behind as a dehumidifier for a piano is totally not OK. Sheesh!,,

She has lost her soul by becoming non-Catholic because the church doesn't accept sodomy as being normal; her bitterness and hate against God's morality is sad.

Her net worth is more than Mitt Romney, making her wealthy. She needs to be attacked by the Obama Administration for having too much money.
