Your bags are packed -- you're ready to move. The last thing you want to do is follow your agent's advice about putting time and money into your listing photos. Please tell your photographers NOT to take photos of toilets with the seat and/or the lid up. Looks like he just used it. No one wants to see the inside of anyone's toilet. No photos of just walls or corners. No shots of peoples furniture, i.e. sofa, bed, etc. I was to vision MY furniture there, NOT theirs.

That was exactly my comment about the toilet. How hard is it to put the lid down when taking a photo. It is so gross! No # 1 irritation when looking at photos of properties. I wonder about your second point , it is virtually impossible to photograph a room when the family still lives in it without having furniture in it.
