Yes the Versailles you're thinking of is a chateau in France. This $30 million castle for sale sits in Versailles, Ky. (pronounced ver-SALE), horse country outside of Lexington. If you thought the economic downturn and housing crisis would lead to more modest homes, you are wrong -- at least in this case. And in this case you'd be very, very wrong.
