To find up and coming real estate markets, Forbes.com evaluated the countries on the Morgan Stanley Capital International list of emerging markets and examined economic growth, inflation rates, strength of individual property rights and access to lending, as rated by the International Monetary Fund and World Bank. Then, they looked into commerce centers within those countries to determine which property markets are poised for growth.
