Man Happy Living in Cave
For the past nine years, Daniel Suelo, 48, has called a cave in the Moab, Utah desert home, and he has no intentions of going back to a traditional lifestyle, a story by the Denver Post said.
Suelo, who has a degree in anthropology and a masters in accounting, has not spent money or bartered for anything for as long as he's lived in the cave, the story said. He finds clothes in the dumpsters, and gets food from the land -- including roadkill -- and supermarket throwaways, and doesn't have to worry about a mortgage, a job or the recession.
"I have no idea what the future holds, and I don't worry about it. But the longer I do this, it seems absurd to go back," he told the Denver Post.
