Cher
Singer/actress Cher is auctioning off the Hawaiian home she built, but never lived in.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Concierge Auctions has listed the property at the Four Seasons' Hualalai resort with an unpublished reserved price that must be met. The company is expecting bids anywhere from $8 million to $12 million, the story said.
Cher bought the .76 acre property in 2004 for $2.9 million and built the house within a gated courtyard, surrounded by several one-bedroom bungalows and a detached media room, the story said. The auction will take place Jan. 18.
